Universal curing unit The PrograPrint Cure is a LED light-curing unit designed for curing printed objects. The unit is characterized by its high light intensity. Reflective coating distributes the light evenly inside the curing chamber and ensures that the printed objects are optimally illuminated. The printed objects can be left on the build platform of the PrograPrint PR5 whilst they are being cured: The curing chamber offers sufficient space for both of them. The PrograPrint Cure light-curing unit is a component of the PrograPrint system – a 3D printing system specially designed for dental applications. PrograPrint consists of the PrograPrint PR5 3D printer, coordinated cleaning and post-curing units and an array of resin materials. PrograPrint Cure provides a consistently high light intensity and can therefore also be used for curing light-curing lab composites, e.g. SR Nexco. Pre-set curing programs provide a high level of user comfort. Users can also set up their own programs for other materials they may want to cure in the unit.

IVOBASE SYSTEM

Fully automated, compact and steamless IvoBase Injector permits a fully automated, controlled injection and polymerization procedure of special PMMA resins which are coordinated with the system. The chemical shrinkage of the resin is entirely compensated during polymerization thanks to the patented temperature control in the flask and the heater. This enables the fabrication of denture bases featuring high accuracy of fit and precision. The injector has been especially developed for the IvoBase material and permits excellent restorations. The IvoBase Injector can also be used for the tried-and-tested SR Ivocap material.


PROGRAMAT S2

Programat S2 is a compact furnace designed for sintering copings, frameworks and full-contour restorations made of IPS e.max ZirCAD or other zirconium oxide materials using a temperature of up to 1600°C. Programat S2 is integrated into the Ivoclar workflow , providing optimally coordinated processing steps and consistently high-quality results. Until recently, these processes would usually have taken five to eight hours to complete. Now, Programat S2 reduces the time required for sintering an IPS e.max ZirCAD crown coping to about 75 minutes[1]. With the Programat Dosto tray, approx. 40 single crowns can now be sintered at the same time in a single firing process, instead of only 25 as before.
