We maintain a comprehensive Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption Policy that apply to all employees and partners. These policies integrate the programs and guidelines of Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and Indonesia’s Ministry of Health , meet national expectations, and includes references from FCPA, UKBA and other International Anti-Corruption policies. We also adopt the Gakeslab Indonesia Code of Conduct to ensure ethical and fair business practices within the medical device industry. As THC retains many Multi-National Principals, we also abide by strict adherence to our principals’ world-class compliance standards.
